Nicoleta Florescu provides career coaching, career transition support, and mentoring services on a 1:1 basis. Specific session formats, packages, timelines, and payment terms are agreed individually with each client before coaching begins.
Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical advice, financial advice, or legal advice. If a topic raised in a session falls outside the scope of coaching, you may be referred to an appropriately qualified professional.
2. Professional Standards
Coaching is delivered in line with EMCC Global's Individual Accreditation standards (Practitioner level) and the International Coaching Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics, including confidentiality, professional boundaries, and client autonomy.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Nicoleta Florescu and/or licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, text, and design on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions below.
